This Privacy Policy describes how the Checklist Inspection App (the "App") handles your information. Your privacy is a priority, and this App is built with a "Privacy by Design" approach.

1. Data Privacy & Local Storage

We believe that your data belongs to you. The App is designed to function entirely offline. All data you input—including checklist responses, scores, and notes—is stored locally on your device's internal storage.

• No Server Sync: We do not host any databases or servers.
• No Transmission: None of your inspection data is transmitted to us or any third parties.

2. Permissions and Information Use

The App requires certain permissions to function. This data never leaves your device unless you manually share it:

• Camera & Photos: Used exclusively to allow you to attach images to your inspection reports.
• Files & Storage: Used to save, export, and share your generated Excel or PDF reports, and to process Excel files you upload as templates.

3. Data Sharing

Because we do not collect or store your data on any central server, we cannot sell, trade, or share your information. Data only leaves your device when you explicitly choose to share a generated report via email or other apps.

4. Children’s Privacy

This App does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. It is safe for use in environments involving minors as no data is harvested.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
